MCI Group Celebrates 30 Years of History, Growth and Human Connection at Hotel Urban Madrid
On May 23rd, MCI Group celebrated a very special milestone: our 30th Anniversary. Surrounded by colleagues, clients, partners, collaborators and friends, we gathered at the iconic Hotel Urban Madrid for an unforgettable evening that honored three decades of commitment, growth and shared purpose.
More than a celebration, the event was a reflection of everything MCI Group represents today: trust, humanity, innovation and the people who have made this journey possible over the last 30 years.
The evening began with a warm welcome from our CEO and co-founder, Fatima Guillen, whose speech set the tone for a night filled with emotion and gratitude.
Fatima also highlighted the people who have shaped MCI Group throughout these years: the teams who have grown alongside the company, the clients and partners who have trusted us and the healthcare providers across the world who form part of our global network. Her words reminded everyone in the room that behind every case, every operation, and every milestone, there are people whose dedication has made this journey possible.
What started as a small project in Spain has evolved into an international group with operations across Europe and Latin America. Today, MCI Group integrates MCI Assist, MCI Latam, MCI Finance, Medical Claims International and MCI Academy under one shared mission: delivering healthcare assistance and medical risk management with rigor, innovation and humanity.
Another emotional moment of the evening was the anniversary video presentation, which took guests through the history of the company, from its beginnings in Madrid to its international expansion and global impact. The video highlighted not only the growth of the organization, but also the values that continue to define it today: trust, responsibility and care for people.
