On 28 November, MCI Group hosted a very special pre-Christmas celebration in Madrid, bringing together colleagues from all departments to reflect on an exceptional year of growth, innovation, and shared accomplishments. One of the most memorable moments of the evening was the announcement of the winner of our Autumn Photo Contest, a friendly internal competition held throughout November.
Colleagues from across the company participated by submitting a photograph that captured their personal interpretation of autumn: its colours, its atmosphere, or the emotions it evokes. The creativity and enthusiasm shown across all submissions truly reflected the spirit of MCI Group: diverse perspectives coming together to form something meaningful.
