We are pleased to announce the addition of several new healthcare institutions, hospital groups, TPAs and emergency transport providers to our growing global network. Strengthening Our Presence in Spain and the United Kingdom
In Spain, we welcome Aquamar Medical Center, a modern healthcare facility located in the Canary Islands. Aquamar offers comprehensive medical services with a strong patient-centered approach and advanced treatment capabilities. Its strategic location strengthens our support capacity in one of Europe’s key travel destinations.
In the United Kingdom, we have partnered with Spark, an ambulance service based in Bromborough, England. Spark provides both emergency and non-emergency patient transport, reinforcing our capacity for safe and timely medical transfers within the UK and supporting cross-border repatriation logistics.
Expanding Healthcare Access in Costa Rica and Guatemala
In Central America, we are pleased to collaborate with Clínica Monte de la Cruz, located in Nicoya, Costa Rica. The clinic offers general and specialized healthcare services with a clear commitment to quality patient care.
We also welcome Clínica Zahha, a private hospital in Costa Rica providing specialized medical and surgical services with a focus on clinical excellence and patient safety.
In Guatemala, Medcare, a respected hospital group, joins our network. Medcare delivers comprehensive medical services across multiple specialties, supporting our ability to coordinate care efficiently throughout the region.
Strengthening Assistance Capabilities in South America
Peru continues to be a key strategic location for regional coordination. We are pleased to expand our network with several important partners:
Global Wide Assistance, a TPA based in Peru, provides worldwide healthcare assistance and insurance support services, strengthening operational coordination capabilities.
Red Medical Care, also operating as a TPA, extends coverage across Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil and Paraguay. This broad regional presence enhances cross-border case management and insurance coordination throughout South America.
We also welcome Grupo Auna Perú, a hospital group offering a wide range of medical and surgical services across multiple facilities. Auna is recognized for its strong clinical standards and patient-focused care.
Expanding Assistance Reach in Africa
In North Africa, we are pleased to partner with 911 Travel Assistance, a Tunisia-based travel assistance provider delivering emergency medical support and travel-related services. This collaboration strengthens our operational capacity in a region with growing travel and mobility activity.
