During these past days of profound sadness and heartbreak following the tragic loss of our beloved colleague and dear friend Francisco Rico, our entire organization has navigated a deeply emotional period. On October 29, during the International Assistance Group (IAG) Congress held in Istanbul, MCI Assist was honored with the European Company Quality Award for the second consecutive year.

While circumstances do not allow us to celebrate this milestone in the manner it truly deserves, we consider it essential to share this distinction with you. This recognition is merely an internal accomplishment and reflects the enduring partnerships and mutual dedication that define our work across the assistance and healthcare sectors.
