MCI Group Strengthens Its International Provider Network with New Healthcare Partners

MCI Group continues to strengthen its international provider network with a new group of healthcare and assistance partners across several important travel destinations.
The latest additions expand access to medical and dental care in Spain, Thailand, Türkiye and Greece while also strengthening the network through an additional assistance partner.
Expanding our presence in Thailand
Thailand represents a significant addition to the network, with several new hospitals and healthcare facilities now joining MCI Group’s provider ecosystem:
- Srisawan Hospital Bangkok Ratchaphruek
- Samitivej International Clinic
- Samitivej Chonburi Hospital
- Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital
- Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital
- Samitivej Chinatown Hospital
The expansion provides our operational teams with a broader range of options when coordinating medical care for international patients in Thailand.
The Samitivej network includes hospitals in Bangkok and Chonburi serving both local and international patients, while Srisawan Hospital Bangkok Ratchaphruek provides access to a wide range of medical specialties and emergency services.
For insurers and assistance companies, stronger local provider access can support more efficient case coordination, clearer communication and continuity throughout the patient journey.
Stronger coverage in the Canary Islands
MCI Group is also expanding its healthcare network in the Canary Islands with three new providers:
- Dental Center Puerto Rico
- Puerto Rico Medical Center
- Centro Médico Costa América
Puerto Rico Medical Center and Dental Center Puerto Rico, located in southern Gran Canaria, provide medical and dental services for residents, tourists and international patients. Their services include general medical care, diagnostics, urgent assistance, dental treatment and hotel or home visits.
Centro Médico Costa América further extends the network in Adeje, Tenerife.
These additions are particularly relevant in destinations with significant international travel, where access to local providers familiar with travellers and insurance-related medical cases can make coordination considerably easier.
New healthcare partners in Türkiye and Greece
The network expansion also includes:
- Esnaf Hastanesi
- Cretan Medicare
Esnaf Hastanesi provides access to multiple medical specialties and emergency care in Türkiye.
In Greece, Cretan Medicare strengthens MCI Group’s provider presence in Crete. Its network provides 24-hour medical support and primary care services in areas including Hersonissos, Malia and Stalida, with services designed for residents and international visitors.
Extending assistance capabilities
Easygop Assist also joins the network as an assistance partner, complementing the direct healthcare providers included in this expansion.
Working with both medical providers and local assistance organisations gives MCI Group greater flexibility when coordinating cases across different destinations and healthcare environments.
